  1. DOC DEFIANT
  2. -----------
  3. Because of space limitations on a 5-1/4" disk (only 360K) and
  4. the large number of graphic files our program contains, DOC
  5. DEFIANT cannot be run using just a 5-1/4" disk.  When you use the
  6. INSTALL program contained on this disk, it will automatically
  7. load compressed files into a hard drive directory called DEFIANT.
  8. It will then decompress them and eliminate their compressed
  9. counterparts.  To use INSTALL, adopt the following format:

  11.                    INSTALL  C: 
  12.  
  13.       where C: = hard drive on which the program is to be
  14.                  installed
  15.  
  16. Substitute other drive letters as appropriate.  Please note that
  17. this procedure will require that 1.0 Megabyte be available on
  18. your hard disk.  More detailed DOC DEFIANT program instructions
  19. are available when you start the program.  
  20.  
  21. Note:  If you received this program in the form of an archived
  22. file (i.e., DEFIAN10.ZIP), then you don't need to use the
  23. included INSTALL.BAT file.  Simply un-archive the file into a
  24. subdirectory called C:\DEFIANT, type START and hit <ENTER>.
